Forgot WBXL & Concerta over weekend... | ADHD Information

  I have been taking Wellbutrin XL for a long time now, and just got concerta added a few weeks ago.  My dr. was titrating me up to 54mg, and he said I would notice a "huge" difference by about 48hrs.  I'm not sure if anything was really different(maybe my mind was a LITTLE calmer??), and then the day after I got up to 54mg(Fri), I went out of town for the weekend & forgot my drugs!  By Sunday night I was almost a zombie, I felt to depressed and mentally SLOW!!! Every cell in my brain felt like it was swelling.  I called in sick on Monday, and am gradually coming out of it.  I'm having trouble finding words & making  sentences as well? Today, Thursday, still feel a bit slow & a bit bummed, and still WAY inattentive.  I rear-ended one of my neighbors yesterday!  Agh!! Also, going straight back to the 54mg has made me a bit jittery(to be expected).  Somebody tell me I'm going to even out!  With my impulsive mind, I keep wanting to call my dr. & have him try me on Adderall or something else!   Help!!
