????? What were your symptoms or problem when the doc told you to do this.
I was only told to avoid cold food when I had a toothache!!! I cover my head in the cold caus that is where I loose all my body heat. I go snowboarding in underarmor, ski pants and a hat only. If I don't wear a hat I freeze!!!
Nothing particular. My symptoms were just ADHD. I have had problems with sinus though. He might have asked to avoid cold food considering the sinus problem. Yes - thats what my doctor asked me to do.
