St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum), a common shrub-like perennial, bears bright yellow flowers that contain numerous therapeutic substances when dried.Smoked mint and camomile when he have no cigaretts during the war, but never tried St Johns wort .okay thanks. but whats the basement?Mine has folic acid,b12,griffonia seed with it and yes it helps out. Melaleuca's luminex.

Help!!!  I'm new here, but,

My 10 yr old son has just told his psych that in the winter he takes St Johnswort as well as his Ritalin.  This is the only combination that sees him through the dark days of winter, and the doc has told me its one or the other, you choose...........

Any ideas?
