Neurontin | ADHD Information

Well, I am back asking for advice.  As I last posted, my son was put on Tenex, he has been taking 2 mgs. at night and still not sleeping.  He has been staying up until after midnight on school nights.  A friend who I work with has a son with similiar problems as my son and she had been taking her child to a pediatric neurologist so she recommended him.  Well, I took my son today.  The doctor was very abrupt and gruff and my son "hated him", but that's not the point.  He said that my son's silly and bad behavior was because he is "rebounding" from the Ritalin.  I think I remember someone mentiont a rebound effect in my last post.  He decreased the 40mg LA Ritalin to 30LA and took him completely off the 15mg at 4:00.  I called the doctor who prescribed the tenex and she decreased the tenex to .1 mg at night.  So now he is on 30mg Ritaling LA, 50mg Zoloft in the morning and and night 1 mg of tenex and will start the neurontin tonight.  Does anyone of this board's children take neourontin for sleep, if so does it work.  You all really made me feel better with your responses after my first post and I appreciate that.
