Problematic medications. | ADHD Information

So, i am ADHD/OCD and have been on Ritalin LA 30mg, Lexapro 20mg and Xanax XR 0,5mg every day for about 2-3 months now.

What i feel has changed:
I am totaly aware of my OCD and before i wasnt.
My OCD now causes mild anxiety all the time whislts before it only caused serious anxiety when i had to study.
I make mistakes like normal people and didnt before.
I cant stand repetitive tasks for a long time.
I have periods of high restlessness followed by naps.
I feel ocasionaly very optimist and euphoric, one minute and shortly depressed the next.

Anyone ever experienced anything like this? Can anyone give me any pointers?
