body aches and adderall xr | ADHD Information

I'm on day 5 of adderall xr 20 mg.  I'm feeling a little achey.  Is that normal? Will it pass?  MaxDad, you seem to know a lot about it.  Any insight?  Any other suggestions on the wearing off thing?  I'm a Mom of three and have a business that I run out of my home and the adderall seems to be wearing off around 3:00pm.  I thought XR would release again in the afternoon and help get through the entire day/evening.  Should I wait a while since I first started or should I tell my Doc now and see if he'll give me a small dosage in the afternoon?
