Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to get a test done to see if I have ADD? I am a 19 year old college student and I beleive I have a mid case of ADD (concentration issues mostly).
I called Kaiser Permanenete, and they said on my plan it's not covered (maybe it was when I was younger, but not now). They told me something about trying to get tested somewhere else when I talked to them on the phone. Is there any other way I can get tested at maybe private facilities? I really have no idea how any of this would work, if someone could enlighten me I would appreciate it a lot!

Check out your school options. Many have testing for all kinds of things. YOu might want to start with your advisor for your major. From there check out the career development center. There may also be a mental health clinic. Heck, call the psychology dept. they ought to be able to lead you in the right direction.
