Clutz | ADHD Information

A GM disability can be the cause Gymnastics helped improve our sons balance. It is not as bad. I believe the balance boards are what help out. He still is a little clumsy but not as bad. I need to get a wobble board to help with the spraining of the ankle, but I don't think it'll help the fact that I just didn't realize I was quite *that* close when I leaned over. Funny thing about me is that I play sports and work in a very physical job with very limited clutziness during those times.  The catch - when at home I am super clutz - I have broken furniture and killed my toes and ran itno the walls and on and on!!!  I think it is more of an attention thing than being clutzy!!!  Is there any way to help with being a clutz?

I managed to give myself a mild concussion when I was by myself, in my apt. My apartment is not me-proof...maybe I should just invest in padding my furniture? I've also managed to sprain an ankle while standing still on a flat surface.
