im going crazy with my dear son | ADHD Information

im new to this forum and like all the moms out there i am ,. that my son has adhd but i know it could be worse.  He also has  problems when he gets mad and doesnt get his way. Hes on strattera but sometimes i dont know if it works cause his behavior at home is really bad somedays/ Calls us stupid ,the worst parents, jerk, i hate you, your mean, never want to see you again. etc. Im at my wits end and we have done the token system and it works sometimes probably cause im not consistant cause im tired of trying to help him but i will never give up on him. I just want a place I can blow off steam and try to make myself happier.  Any suggestions are welcomed. ive recently starting looking into alternative meds cause im  of changing meds and nothing is working.  I know he doesnt have odd cause hes not that bad at school, but has trouble with attention, grades arent that good  and is in special ed in aschool and sees a behavior health specialist  but nothing is working.  I could go on and on but Im not going to or ill drive you alll crazy  thanks for listening and letting me blow off steam for today   Love my son and will continue to find ways to deal with him better by changing how i feel about him cause sometimes i cant stand to be arou nd his behavior not the child itself   Gcrazywannacome
