need advice | ADHD Information

Hello everyone, Please advise me on a situation I am having with my son. I wrote last week when we were having problems with him and got some very good advice but now am not sure what to do. We had an incident with him yesterday when he became very violent with his dad and i and we had to call the police. They talked to him and he put on an act for them and acted like he was crying and that he relized that he was wrong. They told him if they had to come back for any reason he was going to jail with them no questions asked.  My dilema is two fold right after they left he went right to his room and sat in front of the tv like nothing had ever happened coming down about ten minutes later to ask "what's for dinner." Iwas floored Then today when my older sons friend asked him why he was grounded, my older son said,"It's private family business and I don't want to talk about it",my younger son pipes up, very proudly and says "I want to tell him why" with a big old smile on his face and started telling him why. He has adhd and possible aspergers, but I how far do I let him get away with this? It is driving a big wedge in our family and I am afraid what is going to happen. I feel he knows what he is doing to an extent and I am ready to send him packing. I know this sounds bad but it is the truth. Please help and thanks for letting me vent.how old is ur oldest son. sometimes but his older brother has adhd/mood disorder so not always sometimes it is the exact opposite

 

We went through alot of the same issues with his older brother but he seem to be worse. It scares me to think what we might be facing with his sister still coming up. I guess what I am trying to figure out is if this is his adhd or if he is just trying to make things a living hell!
