A mood stabilizer maybe. Ours is on Endotrex neuroscience inc. Can be used 1-3 times a day. working well. Tell her bad attitudes get her nothing in life. Hi and welcome.  Maybe you should consider taking her to a psychologist or counselor to help her with her social skills.  A lot of times, children with low self-esteem will lash out first in order not to be the first one rejected.  It's a defense mechanism.  She should also find an island of competency in something.  She should be encouraged to find something she is good at.  This also develops self-confidence. My daughter who has ADHD and is 12 years old continues to be mean.  It started when she was 2 yrs. old...taking kids toys...pushing, hitting, biting, hiding another child's favorite toy.  Now at 12, she still has mean ways....she'll say something mean about someone she doesn't even know...she'll say, "Come Here"  or yell "Where's my...." or has a very difficult time giving complements and will instead, say something hurtful.  She is a beautiful, creative, talented young girl but we have to continually remind her to check  her attitude, mind her manners, and say things nicely.  She doesn't have any friends and spends all her time with us.  We've had no luck with meds...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
