Pretty good. My son has ADHD and multi-sensory disorder. He has an OT who saw him several times in Kindergarten last year. With my experience dealing with sensory issues and the collaboration with his in-school support, he's doing rather well. In fact, I can hardly notice he has a sensory disorder anymore. Even his ADHD has mellowed out.

[/QUOTE] Anyone have experience with a child with possible ADHD and sensory integration issues that are not on medication and under the care of an Occupational Therapist? If so, how is it going? My son was first dx'd with Sensory Intergration Dysfunction at age 3. He then entered an early childhood program. They did not dx his ADHD at that time, but we had our suspecions. In the early childhood program he had an excelent Occupational Therapist who helped us tremendously. We still use some of her techniques. Since then his sensory issues have decreased, but he was now dx'd with ADHD and takes meds, but he was in the Early Childhood program with OT and no meds for 2 years.
We used sensory bins in our house filled with rice and noodles, we started a brushing program for his sensitivity to touch and clothes, we use a weighted blanket to help him sleep and many many more ideas given to us by his OT.
A great book to read is the Out of Sync Child another one is Activities to do with your Out of Sync Child.
