[/QUOTE] What type of Neuroscience stuff?Brightspark and spark are not the same thing. Brightspark in an herbal preparation and Spark is an energy drink with vitamins and caffeine. In the alternative section of the boards there are discussions on each of these.Has anyone tried focus/brightspark for children with ADHD?  If so, any success?

Is Bright spark and spark the same thing?  Never tried focus before how is it working?

we started focus about 3 weeks ago, and we added brightspark last saturday.  we've also altered my dd's diet a bit.  i *think* the focus and brightspark are helping...

we've altered her diet a bit too...and we're parenting better now that we've come to our own conclusion that she has ADHD.  so, it's hard to tell what's helping what?!?!?!?
