Does anyone know? I'm on Focalin XR - started on 10 mg and did nothing for me so now I'm on 20 mg. - not really seeing a change. Dr. said there are other options - reading this site it appears Adderall might be one. How do they differ?

Adderall is amphetamine salts and Focalin is a form of methylphenidate that in only one isomer (the dextro isomer). Here is a chart with lots med and info:
