adhd podcasts | ADHD Information

does anyone know of any good adhd podcasts?
i have noticed that add church additude adjustment and add reality check
have helped me a lot. because usually the hosts have ad/hd so they know
what helps. and when i feel like inm the only one these help me feel better.
so you guys might want to try these and best of all they are free!Could you post a link pretty please? uh im not sure if i can post a link but ill try. but to get a podcast you go to
itunes and then type in adhd and all these podcasts will come up but i can
give you the websight from the podcast.
