Concerta & Adderall side effects (weird) | ADHD Information

Anyone know why when I'm on Concerta or Adderall.......

-I see those little things that float over your eyes that look like cells a lot? 

-My head gets a bit numb like I've just taken off a baseball cap I've had on all day?

Anyone experience either of these?

Oh, the blood pressure thing freaks me out.  Guess I'll have to look into that more.

A friend told me once that there are things that float on the eyes to clean them or something to that effect.  I wonder if that is it?

I don't see my doc until later this month.  Maybe I'll run up to Walgreens today and check out my blood pressure.

Them you would see them all the time, with or without medicine! If it is like black or "white" dots its probably a low level of oxygen! Some medications does that to you, but I haven't the slightest idea if yours does it!Normally the "dots" one see (this in general) is due to lack of oxygen, if you hyperventilate for example you will experience the same thing..... It dawned on me last night that maybe the floaters are caused from my eyes being dry due to the meds.  You have less saliva so I assume you would have less tears too. 

The effect is kind of like what happens in the morning when you first open your eyes. 

I noticed when I rubbed my eyes that they did not tear up like they normally do.  They also are not tearing up when I yawn.

That's gotta be it.
