vibrating wristwatches for ADHD? | ADHD Information

Has anyone had experience or heard anything about the programmable vibrating wristwatches that are sometimes used by children with ADHD in school.  Apparently, they will vibrate and show messages such as "pay attention"  to help keep them focused.  My daughter has been having difficulty with being distracted and daydreaming in class, and is starting to fall behind.  I have often considered getting one of these watches for her.  However, since they are rather expensive, I would like to hear more about them before investing in one.

I have never heard of them.My son has had one.  Google watchminder and you'll find it.  We tried that 4 years ago and had some success with it.  It has a regular alarm that you can set to buzz certain messages throughout the day like pay attention.  They also have reminder messages like take meds, do homework, pack bookbag and turn in assignment.  Our problem was that ds didn't pay attention to it when it buzzed.
