Omega 3 and ADHD | ADHD Information

  I am going to give a lecture on ADD and Omega 3..

Has anyone gotten any results or does anyone have a good info or research..

Check out the Durham study from England...I think this was the first big study that saw the effectiveness.  You may want to post this question on the alternative board.  I use omegas but along with stimulant meds so I cannot tell the effectiveness alone.  This is unscientific but I do think that the High EPA omegas have an effect on mood which seems to counteract the rebound that many kids get from stimulants
