Back from our mountain vacation! | ADHD Information
1st I will tell you we had a blast! We are from Florida so it's a treat to go to the mountains. We went to Grayson Highlands National Park in Virginia (SW) and tent camped. Went hiking up Mt. Rogers, Whitetop Mountain, etc. Then we went to Townsend Tennessee and camped at Little River camp ground. We hiked more, went river rafting, horse back riding, drove through Cades Cove saw bear, deer, turkey, went to some festivals, walked through Tuckaleechee caverns....we did so much! We went with another family and they had a girl 8 years old and a 12 year old girl. Dillon played nice with the 8 year old. But I slacked on his Focus herbal meds and by the 2nd day, he was getting mean. He called the little girl a looser one night and she cried and her dad was stern with me. I told DIllon not to name call, he was going to loose his one and only friend for the week that way. The next day they where fine. Then he made her mad again and he appologized pretty quick. Then he made her mad again and appologized right away (by this time I put him back on the Focus) then he was swinging on a branch and he would not let her swing.....she went to storm off and he said "OK, here, you go, I don't want you to get CRANKY!" LOL He learned real quick how to keep her happy....I have to say he is much nicer and happier when on the Focus. 2 times I stopped giving it to him noticed a BIG difference in 2 days with his attitude.

I was just thinking that I have not read any posts from you in awhile, and here you are. Glad you had a nice vacation, the smokies are beautiful. We are very fortunate that we live a few hours from there and get to visit once every couple of years. It's a family favorite!
Glad you got Dillion figured out on his Focus and he is doing well. Welcome back!
I was wondering if any one missed me.....
I missed ya'll...........and my computer! I saw NO TV, nothing for 8 days. My husband even hates the radio on in the truck. It was nice though, a very relaxing time.................we did SO MUCH WALKING though! I already miss the mountains! 
Where there are pictures I will come. Plus I saw the "mountain" in your title and that drew me too. I've never been to the Virginia Mountains but am a Colorado/Wyoming mountain enthusiast.
Those are beautiful pictures! I asume that is you with your family sitting on the top of the rocks with that panoramic view behind you. You are a lovely family and glad you had a wonderful time.
BTW: I read your posts. May not have responded but I've read them.
wow!!! Those are some great pictures!! Really... very nice! I love the mountians too, but my hubby is not a outdoories kinda guy. hehe

What a beautiful location. I just love all the Fall leaves. I am so glad the Focus is working for Dillon. I think I might give it a try over the spring break . Welcome back
