would the school let you advertise on a PTO flyer or something? put your name as a support group contact person if you were willing to do that. ie privacy issue. we have chadd here, but the times haven't worked the best for me so far.
i'd ask if you could post an ad somewhere. or, if your kids teacher was willing, they could hand out a support group letter to those kids in your class who are known add/adhd without you knowing whom they are...and it would be up to that parent or parents to contact you if interested. i'm not sure whether a teacher would do this or not. just a thought:)

i'm looking to start a support group in kyle texas. I know that there are several students at my son's school with the same problems, privacy is an issue. So I can't find out or contact the parents to help start a support group.
If anyone in the area is a part of ADHDNews and from Kyle Texas please let me know. I look forward to meeting parents that are in the same situation as me.
you might try CHADD.org, it is a great group and they may have one in your area.
i did and the closes is about 40-50 miles away. I would really like to get together with the parents who's children attend my son's school.
