I cut and pasted.  but, if you don't vote, please take the time to do it this November election!!!!!!!  I beg of you.  If you vote this time, and Vote Yes to this Prop. 83, Jessica's Law, I promise you, you will save the life a at least one child, and not even know it!

This is the most comprehensive sex offender punishment and control reform that will be the toughest sex offender law in the nation. Jessica’s Law will:

Ensure that all child molesters who molest children under the age of 14 are put into a prison with a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years or 25 years to life. Closes all loopholes in California’s “one-strike” laws. Eliminate all “good-time” credits for sex offenders ensuring that these sex offenders are required to serve their entire sentence and will not be released for good behavior. Electronically monitor convicted sex offenders for life, if they are ever released from prison, through GPS tracking. Create a 2,000 foot “predator-free” zone around schools and park to prevent sex offenders from living near where our children learn and play. And I will !!  Bump  lets get scum off the streets.Is this a nationwide proposition?  I thought these types of laws varied state to state?...It mentions C.A.  so I'm in!yes, but each state will have it tailored to their law of offense.  In my fantastic state of TEXAS, after the 2nd convection, if it is voted into effect, the sex offender will be sent to the front of line on DEATH ROW!!!!Ok, maybe not.  I know CA and Texas.  Now, i'm looking it up to see which states have it.  I'll let you all know.Florida, Lousiana, Oklahoma, Arizona all already have it.  I'm still looking, there are other states that are going to vote.    I'm in Louisiana and they probably just slap their hand here. wow I am impressed louisian finally making a standI am in TX and voting for this. I think it is an awesome way to help protect our kids from pedophiles.Yeah, buddy!!!
