Don’t know what else to do for my son. | ADHD Information

I don't know what else to do with my adhd son. He is on 54mgs of concerta and 7.5 on albify. Well his sass counsler went to his school today. I ran into her when i was picking up my son. She said they love having Dylan in class and there is no behavior problems at all. I babysit out of my friends house, so Dylan comes with me after school. He was so out of control. Hitting kids, throwing things. Talked back to me and my partner.Mind you he is 8 years old. He was evealuated at the hospital for a week. They told me that out of that week they only had trouble with him the first night. He does not have respect for older adults at all.At first I try to be nice. But the more he made me mad the more I lost it. I have spanked, took things away And sent him to bed an hour early. Don't anybody write me back and tell me that spanking isn't the answer. Because i am well aware of this. But my son doesn't understand who is in charge. He doesn't get spanked often. But this is a kid who won't even stay in time out when i put him there. He is 8 years old. He should be able to sit in time out by now. But of course the school thinks that he is great. They probably think i am in sane. What is a parent to do. He has been evaluated and he is no more then adhd. Got any advice because i have done everything for him. Thank you NerakHave you tried the marble system with him?
