Stomach pains and Concerta | ADHD Information

What type of pain is it that can come as a side effect of taking Concerta? Mac started complaining tonight of a bad pain right under his bellybutton. This is something new and Im worried. Gave him son tylenol and he's gone to bed now. Just wondering if it could be the concerta he took this am, and today was his second dose on 36 mgs as opposed to 18...which he is going back to tomorrow.I was wonderng the same.  We started my son on concerta (18 mg) 3 days ago and he'll complain of stomach pains in the evening.  his appetite seems to be dissapearing as well. i don't know if its hurting because of his unwillingness to eat for the medicine it self. eating a cereal granola bar seemed to help stomach pains for ds when he took concerta in the am, but I don't recall pains later in the day.
