my 3 year old | ADHD Information

Hello fairyw1.

Our son Jude 4 was spotted at a very early age. We always new he was a bit Hyperactive but it was our Health visitor who noticed more He was hyper aggressive never slept more than 4 hours a day had slight speech delay seems to be better now, extremely clumsy with lack of co-ordination no attention span couldnt hold eye contact when trying to communicate with him oh has no perception of danger to himself or others.

. Since then we have had him to the readen centre in Aberdeen and although he is to young to officially diagnose he is receiving treatment at the child phsycologist and homeopathic now. Mum is diagnosed as ADD and is on Concerta. Jude has been given an IEP at nursury and we are hoping that with the Homeopahic medicine and the IEP that when h goes to school he might be able to go with out need for stronger medcation.

Speak to your health visitor or see your doctor and express your concerns the fact that his brother is already diagnosed thouh dosnt mean for definate he will be ADHD.

my son is 3 i think he has symtoms of adhd........but could it still be classed the terrible twos......i also have a 8 year old son with adhd...so that it why i believe he has got it.....i see so many things that are simular.........yes he wont be toilet trained.....he has a temper....he is clumsy.......and gets  very angry.....he  also has speech delay could this be a part of it but my 8 year old had speech delay as well........maybe i need to get him checked out too......
