Interesting reading...... | ADHD Information

For the ones that actually reads books....

My shrink recomended this book to me, and I have to say that even though I didn't get it at once when I started reading it I now have to say that it makes a lot of sense! It's a guideline in life, and it's pretty good! I do not believe in God, but I seriously think that this book fits both believers and non believers!

To myself by Marcus Aurelius (I'm not sure if this is the actual title in english, but it should be easy to find!), yes its written approx 2000 years ago! But its good..... He wrote it to himself as instructions for his life! I have a feeling that he may have been ADHD ;) Sounds inspiring & interesting.
I'll check into it .

I believe the book is called "Meditations" in English.

Postponed until the new year :) My ex had a death in her family (grandmother, and old, but still a sad thing for her).... If it had been before meds I would have been sure that she died to ruin everything for me
