Vitamin supplements for water | ADHD Information

Has anyone ever tried those powders for your water that contain lots of vitamins?  I was wondering if they affect the stimulant medications like concerta.  I have been drinking one every day since I drink so much water - I do not want to flush the electrolytes out of my system, so I started using those.    YOU CAN GET WATER PILLS ALSO OVER THE COUNTER. SUPPLEMENT SHAKES  ARE GREAT WE GET VANILLA AND YOU CAN ADD ANYTHING ELSE WITH IT LIKE A SMOOTHIE OR BLIZZERED. Yup - I have the little packets of them that you pour in your water.  My question is - do certain vitamins in these mega doses have an effect on concerta?  I don't want to start losing the effectiveness of the drug that I am prescribed?  I see my doc next week and I will also ask him the same question.
