You should see results tommorrow. It can take time (days -weeks) for you to see the full effect, see if any side effects go away, and know if the dose needs to be adjusted. Good luck tomorrow.Hi all.  My 7yo dd starts her med tomorrow.  She is starting out on Dexedrine 10mg spanule (slow release).  I was just wondering how long does it usually take when a child first start taking meds to actually start noticing a difference?  Does it happen on the first day?  Thanks for reading this!
