Checklists? | ADHD Information

Are there any checklists that I can print out with characteristics/symptoms of ADHD, ODD and others? I do have the one that was posted the other day about Bipolar. I'd like to print them out and highlight any/all that describe Raina and brings those along with us tomorrow with the psychologist appoitment. Thank you.
