Synaptol | ADHD Information

hi, i'm new and i'm already ready to give up!  

i had a shouting match with my almost 15-yr-old daughter this morning. while getting ready for school she realized she had no uniform and shoes! it's her nature to lose things. i was very angry. i don't want to bore you with details...bottomline: i am admitting we need help. i like the idea of medication and behavioral modification. but i'm uneasy about all the side effects of chemicals. has anyone used SYNAPTOL? can you tell me anything about it? and any suggestions on how to be a mother to an ADD daughter will be appreciated.
