At 52 lbs his target dose is somewhere betwen 27 mgs(25) and 41 mgs(40).
It is dosed at the rate of 1.2-1.8 mgs per kilo of body weight.
I would not worry yet, he has not been at the target dose for 4-6 weeks, and it takes that long to see results.
It may help to up the dose a bit higher, talk to your Psych.
What dose did he start with? What does he weigh and what dose is he on now?
It can and often does take 6 weeks AFTER reaching the target dose, so with the ramp period and all it can take 8-10.

He started with 10mg for 15days, after that we increase it to 18mg and he is now at his max. 25 mg since 9 days. He weigh 52 pounds and he is 6 years old.

WE have started Strattera 6 weeks ago for my 6 year old son, he still take His Concerta 27mg and we didn't notice any change yet, he is at the higher dose for his pound. Do you think we must try longer than that?
