Does anyone taking adderal have any complicatons with other over the counter meds? Example - sinus meds, advil, afrin, cold meds? I just started meds yesterday and I noticed on the bottle it said to contact my doctor if taking any OTC meds as they could interact.
I asked my pharmacist the same question and her answer was to avoid anything with a decongestant. For example regular OTC Claritin would be fine, but NOT Claritin-D. My doctor also mentioned that acidic or high fat foods slow down absorption of the medication.
