I hear you I am often tired and even more so after starting the Concerta, I hope in my next DR's appointment he will give me something to counteract the effects that I am having with Concerta. You need to be careful when trying things that will boost your energy sometimes they are bad for you I am not familar with Red bull so I can't advise you there. Is there like a community health place that you could go to?I absolutely believe it is possible. It takes work, I won't lie. Probably the most important first thing to do might be to figure out exactly what you want to accomplish; what is it that you want to change? After that, its a matter of figuring out the steps to getting to your goals, then implementing them. Support from friends, family, etc. helps too and provides motivation and encouragement.
Do you think it's possible for me to manage my ADD symptoms (I wish I
could say cure, but I know that's not possible) without medication or
supplements? Do you know anyone that's had some luck with that method?
I would rather take medication but it's almost impossible for me to do that
right now. ditto with supplements.
