Focalin XR: My thoughts | ADHD Information

I started taking Focalin (10mg 2xday ) recently after taking Adderall XR (20mg 2xday) for three years.

I'm surprised at it's effectiveness in treating my inattentive type ADD. It doesn't have the edginess of adderall and allows me to focus on tasks that require concentration while keeping me calm.

I'm not sure the dosage is equivalent to what I was taking for adderall, but it's not an amphetamine which I guess is healthier.

Anyone else having any thoughts about Focalin?
