This class is intended to help parents of children with ADD learn to understand and deal with their ADD child. I talk about the importance of focusing on strengths instead of weaknesses, knowing your child’s school routine and setting up a structured environment in the home that works for everyone and how to stay relaxed and in control throughout the process.
