What else may have changed, stress level, sleep issues, foods/drinks/meds with the adderall? The first 2 can cause more demands on your brain chemistry than the adderall can help. The third can cause reduced absorption or other interactions.

I've been on Adderall XR 15 for 3 months and it used to work very well. One week ago I flew from California to Switzerland. 3 days after I arrived Adderall stopped working. Anybody experienced similar problems while travelling?
