Being too quick to react has harmed my social relationships, with my husband and with my children and on the job and with friends.  I get bent out of shape about something small (or large), and can't let things go, and get enraged or critical or over-emotional or frustrated or all of the above. I know this after it has happened, but I usually don't see it coming and then I am sorry (like I am right now -- in the doghouse). addchickie39068.6301157407I get that way as well, and I'm really hoping that I can get some help to calm those emotions down to a level of tolerance.   I take Ritalin.  It helps me with focus but not with emotions.
