i call the panic a name which makes an adjective, castophy, into a verb: castrophizing.  i uesd to do it all the time.  am slowing down to only a time or two every few days.

i panic over the stupidest things, that was so mad though. still dont know how i did it  

do people say to you?  "only you could do that" i hear this all the time from my family,
