I believe my son who is a triplet may have ADD, His behavior impulse controll or lack of it , I would like some help with diet changes I can start with , I hate crying every day feeling out of controll

i dont have much to do with diets you will get better results searching the adult boards i think.

dont feel too bad being out of control is our middle name, we just cope with it.
