I'm an adult with, I think, a mild case of ADD. I have been diagnosed with ADD, and I'm sure I have it, but I believe its mild because I function fairly well without meds and have decided for several reasons to deal with my condition without meds. That's only by way of introduction, and isn't what this post is really about.
I just wanted to let folks know that I've been using a technique outlined in a book called "The Pathway" to get in touch with and understand emotions, and believe it or not, it helps alot. I'm sure its not for everyone, and much of it is probably "common sense" (I know my wife would say that). If you've tried everything else, at least give it a look see on Amazon. I have no affiliation with the publisher, author, or overall program other than spending ~13$ on the book.
