I find that if I lay down in a quiet dark place that it settles down my nerves and jumpiness sometimes. okay - turning the keyboard over to my 11 year old ....Yes running is great. In high school I used to leave school and run into town then return for the afternoon. I still do this today at work. Most people take lunch breaks I go out and run. The only way I can get through the day.
Oh and the other great energy burner I use is wrestling with my dogs. We run around and play in the yard or at the park for hours. They love all the attention and excercise and I feel better after running around..
MafiaKiddo38289.6340046296My 9 year old love basketball. When he comes home & needs help focusing to get his homework done, he shoots baskets. The great thing is he just tried out for the basketball travel team & made it! Not bad for one of the shortest kids in the 4th grade.
If you have any other questions, & you would like, I will let my son answer them in his own words.
Hi!
running really helps sometimes! I run and sometimes, and other times I take my bike for long rides. Sometimes people are looking at me as if I was crazy or something (wonder why
)when I go back inside, and suddenly feels like taking my bike for another ride just after two minutes or something.
sometimes something and other times something or sometimes something else! I'm not very good in choosing words... that's for sure
