The anger might be a side effect of the Concerta.  When dd tried Concerta last summer, it was fine at first, then she became angry and withdrawn all the time.  We were really worried about it.  We decided to try switching  meds and the anger slowly faded away.  Maybe you should look into trying a different med. Boys you may want to talk to your doc about a change of meds.  It took us a year and a half until we found the best med for my son with the fewest side effects.  My DS was moody on concerta also.  Currently he takes adderall which is so great for his focus and school work.
