splitting adderall xr doses | ADHD Information

Yeah, I take two 20 mg xr per day, spaced out like you do.  your agitation sounds like rebound to me, as the meds wear off.  I get that too.  the sleeplessness went away over time with me... after 6  months or so I regained (alas!) that wonderful, luscious sensation of feeling tired at bedtime!what is anyones experience in taking the xr twice a day?  i am on 25rx and take in the morning around 7 then around 12 - 1 pm.  the only problem is some agitation as the evening comes around and sleeplessness.  does anyone else do this?
