Strong dizziness without meds | ADHD Information

Hello, I have a problem here, it would be nice if someone could help me out with some information.
I was taking meds like Zyprexa to cure adhd for about half year, but with no success, then I read about alternative methonds to heal adhd and I decided to stop using these strong meds and started some alternative methods like diet n such, but now I am having strong dizziness and I feel realy bad.
Did I do wrong with quiting with my meds? What should I do now? Maybe I should have lowered the dosage of meds slowly till quit compleatly?
what other meds were you taking?  What kind of diet are you on?  Zyprexa is a pretty heavy duty med.  Are you taking any herbal supplements?

You need to talk to your doctor. Some meds need to be reduced slowly to prevent or minimize the affects of going off them. This should always be done under doctor suppervision.

ADHD cannot be cured, but the symptoms can be reduced.

I am on ahdh diet..umm dont know what it is called exacly, but I found it by google, in short brief it is protein&carbohydarte foods, no milk/sugar etc
And about what herbal supplements are you talking about? Have any suggestions?

I think its already too late for a doctor now, because I havent taken my meds for about 5 days, so It wouldnt be a smart move to start to use them again.
