Adderall XR Question

We had the same problem 10mg just wasn't enough and the 20mg was just to much - When I gave him the 20mg - he seemed to have a lot of tics - pulling at his eyelashes - itching himself - etc... But after we dropped down to the 15mg most of the tics are starting to decrease. We are seeing a lot less of them.

Christie[/QUOTE] Well my doc has tried 30mg 20mg and 10mg.The problem with the 20 and 30mg were they made me feel really on edge.I felt agravated.The 10mg just doesnt seem to last even tho its time released.Thank you for the input.

Hi Shane. Yes, Adderall XR does come in a 15mg capsule, which will hopefully work better for you than your current 10mg. Over time, people often end up increasing their dose or switching medications for ADHD because a tolerance sometimes develops to the current prescription. Be sure to discuss any medication changes with your doctor before applying them. Adderall is a highly addictive drug and can lead to addiction if one tries to regulate on their own.
