My sister in law uses the Love and Logic with her 3 boys. They are typical boys with no ADHD or disorders. She has alot of success. She also homeschools.
Her mother in law is a trained educator in Love and Logic. I still need to read up on it but my sister in law has mentioned ins a couple of situations that I had resolved tht it would definitely be by L and L standards.
OK I have never heard of either but am always open to suggestions. Can you provide more info?two of my children are ADHD and so is my 7 yr old nephew. my mother is currently raising him and his 2 sisters. she swears by this Love and Logic stuff. especially the Calming the Chaos book. im just starting out on this "system" and my Children, all four boys)even ADHD ones), seem to be responding to it.
Calming chaos book is that the plan she is using?I really like the Love and Logic book . . . I find that it has some good tips, but doesn't always work with a kid in an emotional meltdown from the meds ( I know we are looking into this). Haven't heard about Calming the Chaos, is that a book too? Thanks for the tips!
