Someone mentioned in a topic about social classes at a language center being a good idea.
i don't think we have language centers. would i just google language center and hope they exist and have a social class? what is a language center anyway? my son does not stop talking, but failing socially. kwim?
Use the yellow pages. Look up speech therapists, language centers, and then just call them and ask. They don't advertise. If you have a children's hospital with an ADHD clinic, they might offer one also.
Try a Speech Therapist. My son attends a social skills class offered through a Speech Therapist. It was tough to find. They work on his pragmatic speech.

Right. I wasn't able to find anything by googling. I only found this place because another parent was sending their son to the class and told our school about it. One of the pyschologists was sending families there and that is how she heard about it. I just remembered our local University also offeres social skills classes. A University with an AdHd dept. would be another good resource. You many also check with an occupational therapist. I know our Occupational Therapy center has several groups that work on social skills.
