changing meds again need info please | ADHD Information

just took my son for his thearpy session he wants to take from away from stimulants seer toward non -stimulants he mentioned starterra but not sure what he will prescribe his dr said the results could take 2 weeks for her to recieve so just waiting now to find out what he decided to put him on .does anyone know what all non stimulant prescritions are available ?

Strattera is a non stimulant, BUT it will actually take 4-6 after reaching the target dose to see results. so really 6-8 weeks including the ramp period.

Wellbutrin,  Abilify, Risperdal,  tenex, clonidine, are all meds used for ADHD, that are non stimulants.
