This is normal as you titrate up to an effective dose. The effective dose is the one that has the improvements you felt through the expected time the med is in your system. For most people, once you get to this dose, you will not need to change, unless something changes in your life (hormone changes, stress changes, etc).
What schedule does the doc have you on for titrating to the effective dose? If your next increase in dose (or appointment) is more than a week away, I would call the doc and tell him/her what your results are so far (including the lack of side effects) and see if you can move on to the next dose.
Contact your Doctor immediately, Discribe what you have revealed in your post here. The 10mg dose is not as effective as was expected. I would also refer to lack of side effects also, as Vickie has already mentioned.
Good Luck to U! do tell us how you are getting on as your dosage is upped. We will be curious to know how you are progressing!
Thanks for sharing with us here. The more we all know the better it gets.
I agree that you need to contact your doctor. You should be able to try a higher dose or a different medication that is more effective. It is common that you start on one dose, and then gradually increase until you hit the effective dose.
