So Proud... | ADHD Information

Congratulations! I hope the rewards are flowing in for the great report card.Just had to post how proud I am of my daughter, she got her report card today and got all A's (had one B last semester and is now an A also) and even has a 100% A in Math.  Sooo very proud, now we just need to work on some behaviors at home but sooo glad that we finally have her meds figured out where she can perform so well in school.  I also made her read her teacher's comments and tell me that she was proud of herself (b/c she is waaaaaay to hard on herself).  Hopefully this kicks up her self esteem some!   robynnw39155.9192592593

Once Chase started getting the school work in order, he started feeling more and more confident.  He went from last year (almost exactly) saying to me (before dx and meds) "Mom, I don't know why you and the teachers keep trying to help me, I am just too stupid to learn anything!"  to this year saying, "Mom, I am going to try to get all A's this grade card this tome!"  And he has for 2 grading periods this year.  The new ones come out tomorrow...
