Adderall XR side effects | ADHD Information

Drink water constantly - this helps me to keep from having a dry mouth & dry skin. I take 30 mg Adderall XR daily. I don't seem to have the sweating side effect, but all I can suggest to help with that is using Degree deoderant/anti-perspirant - that's what I use & it seems to work pretty well. Good luck! I <3 my Adderall XR.  It is really the best.

But my side effects are sometimes pretty sucky.  The two worst are dry mouth and excessive sweating.

I am a teacher, so even though chewing gum helps, it also isn't really the best as far as being a role model.

The sweat, well, wet stains are just gross 

Tips?
Yes, I have a prescription anti-perspirant, it is just kind of harsh on my sensitive skin.

I live in a very dry climate, so water constantly is part of my day.

I think I am just hoping for some sort of miracle
